Your statutory right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. For an order of multiple goods delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.
How to withdraw
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. The quickest way is the form below.
You can just as well declare your withdrawal by email or by post. No particular form is required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
Returns
Please send the return with sufficient postage to the address above. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods if the return is due to a withdrawal and the goods were neither defective nor delivered incorrectly.
Important note on food supplements
For sealed food supplements that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply if they were unsealed after delivery. Please therefore only return such products unopened and with the original seal fully intact.
Clothing and accessories
Clothing and accessories should, where possible, be returned unworn, complete and with any original accessories or original packaging.
You may, however, handle the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. For any handling beyond that, you may be liable for any diminished value of the goods.
