DUXX Energy Pouches deliver caffeine in a small pouch that is placed between the upper lip and gums – without the need for a drink. Each Crispy Mint pouch contains 200 mg of caffeine, roughly equivalent to two espressos. The pouches are nicotine-free, sugar- and calorie-free, gluten- and lactose-free and vegan. Convenient before training, during competitions or on the go when you don't want to carry a can or shaker. One can contains 18 pouches, made in Sweden.

Directions for Use & Notes
Place a pouch between the upper lip and gums 5–10 minutes before training and dispose of it after approximately 20–45 minutes. Do not swallow. Maximum two pouches per day.
