Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite is MuscleTech's intensive fat burner in the current EU formulation. One serving of two capsules delivers 200 mg of caffeine, plus green coffee extract, alpha-lipoic acid, L-tyrosine, cordyceps, jujube, paradise corn and black pepper extract. Choline contributes to normal fat metabolism. Caffeine contributes to increased alertness and improved concentration. Vitamins B1, B2, niacin, B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism, with B6 and B12 additionally helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended Intake & Notes
Introduction: Day 1, one capsule once daily; Day 2 and 3, two capsules once daily; from Day 4, two capsules twice daily, each with a glass of water 30 to 60 minutes before the two main meals. Maximum 4 capsules in 24 hours and not within 5 hours before bedtime. For best results, use for 60 days together with diet and exercise, and ensure adequate fluid intake.
High caffeine content: 200 mg per serving, 400 mg per daily dose. Only for adults aged 18 and over. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with diabetes. Do not consume more than 400 mg of caffeine per day in total from all sources. Paradise corn (Aframomum melegueta) may be harmful to health; seek medical advice before use. Alpha-lipoic acid may cause hypoglycemia in rare cases. Do not use if the packaging is damaged. Store in a cool, dry place (16 to 27 °C). Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.
