Weider Premium Beta-Ecdysteron provides 2,000 mg of spinach extract per serving (3 capsules), standardized to 100 mg of beta-ecdysteron—a plant-based phytoecdysteroid naturally found in spinach. The formula is supplemented with 800 mg of yam root extract containing 160 mg of diosgenin. Zinc, vitamin B6, and pantothenic acid complete the capsules: zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal blood testosterone levels and normal protein synthesis, while pantothenic acid contributes to the normal synthesis of steroid hormones. The capsule shell is plant-based. One bottle of 150 capsules lasts for 50 days.
